Is allhorseauctions.com an auction house?
No. Allhorseauctions.com (EQU.MEDIA) does not own, buy or sell horses and is not an auction house or intermediary. It provides the technology and infrastructure — auction pages, bidding, payments, compliance tools — so that organisers, studs, breeders and private owners run their own auctions under their own brand.
Can I organise an auction under my own brand?
Yes. Your logo, your colours, your typography, your own auction page. The buyer experiences your brand. We prepare everything for you within 5 days.
Can I get assistance for international exposure?
Our media and marketing team is ready to support you. This is not obligatory — it is simply an extra support service.
Can anyone register for my auction?
Yes, but there are extra safety features. Email verification is mandatory and is checked against the bidder blacklist. There is also an option to have phone numbers verified.
I organise a hybrid auction — can the system print my catalogue and stable plates?
Yes. We set up your design, and once the horses are in the system the catalogue is designed automatically and can even be pushed straight to printing.
What about administration?
Depending on your invoicing system, the software can push invoices to it upon approval — including when you auction horses for separate owners and act as an intermediary (auction house).
What does it cost?
The yearly platform fee is €650 and includes hosting, domain name and SSL. Each online auction is €400 and each hybrid auction is €750. From 6 auctions per year you receive a 10% discount on the cost per auction.
What about legal?
We support you with your legal documents and terms. We are not lawyers — we are a support team in this matter.
